2023 in short
- 2023 was a year of improving our operative efficiency and strengthening our financial position.
- The number of completed JOO homes increased from 6151 to 7476. This was mainly due to completions of several new developments.
- We offer better living for our residents - all customer satisfaction metrics showed improvement in 2023.
- We made rental living easy and carefree in many innovative ways: we introduced our own residents' app Jooppi, opened a customer service point and café in Oulu, and organized nearly 70 events for our residents.
- JOO team spirit continues to thrive, with top-tier eNPS score 82.
