In late July to early August, a new apartment complex called As Oy Riihimäen Pesispolku will be completed in Riihimäki's Peltokylä district, offering a total of one hundred Joo Kodit rental apartments ranging from studios to two-bedroom units.

All of Joo Kodit's new developments, including As Oy Riihimäen Pesispolku, are built to fulfill the standards of the highest A energy rating. What's more, a substantial 29-kilowatt solar power system will be installed on the roof of the building.
